Alpine Cabin

The Alpine Cabin is located in Maggie Valley, N.C. at an elevation of 2800 feet yet only just a 2 block walk to the valley. Walk to J. Arthur’s restaurant and the motorcycle museum as well as sports bars and craft shops. Full kitchen and dining room overlooking creek including a covered deck with Hot Tub, also overlooking creek. The Alpine Cabin is not located in the same area as the rest of our cabins but it is right in the heart of Maggie Valley. This makes it an ideal location for motorcycles and RVs with ample parking and turn around. If you want to be close to the action and still get that country feeling then this is the place for you!

**Description of the Alpine Cabin**
DESCRIPTION:	1 bedroom, 1 bath
Master Bedroom:	Queen size bed with closet, dresser, and night stand. Electric wood stove with simulated flames for ambience
Master Bathroom:	Tub, shower, window, and electric heating. Towels included. Washer/dryer. Ironing board and iron.
Heat/AC	Heat Pump/AC
Living room:	Full size sleeper sofa, coffee table, Cable TV, DVD, 20" flat screen TV.
Dining room:	Table with chairs and antique oak server. Overlooking creek.
Kitchen:	Fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Phone.
Porch:	Covered porch with Hot Tub and Charcoal Grill located through the back door in the Master bathroom. There is also a porch in the front with chairs
Smoking:	Smoking is NOT permitted inside the cabin. You are welcome to smoke outside on the porch. An ashtray is provided.
Max Occupancy:	4 people - Add $100.00 a week for each additional person over 2
RENTAL FEE:	$615.00 (per week) - Cabin rents from Saturday 5 PM to the following Saturday at noon
DOGS:	Only 1 dog under 25 lbs. allowed: Add $100.00 weekly
