Rules and Regulations: PLEASE READ FIRST

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
Party of (4): $ 100.00 deposit (per week) will be required upon booking to reserve the week(s) of your choice.
Party of (5) or (6): $ 200.00 deposit (per week) will be required upon booking to reserve the week(s) of your choice.

PARTIAL WEEK RENTALS: We will rent for 2 nights minimum however advance reservations will only be taken for weekly rentals. Call or email for rates.

SECURITY-CLEANING DEPOSIT REFUND: Within five (5) business days following your departure you will receive a check for your reservation deposit that converted to a security deposit for your stay. Full refund of security deposit is contingent on the condition of the cabin being left as it was found on arrival

BALANCE DUE: After we receive your $100.00 (party of 4, per week) or $200.00 (party of 5 or 6, per week) security/cleaning deposit, we will be mailing you a letter with a due date for your balance of six (6) weeks prior to your arrival. We'll also include a detailed map to the cabin along with arrangements for your keys.

TAXES: A 6.75% North Carolina Sales tax and a 4% Haywood County Room tax will be collected on the total rental amount for rentals of less than 90 days.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME: Check in after 3PM. Check out 10AM promptly.
                                                 Exception: Alpine Cabin: Check in after 5PM and check out by 12PM

PETS: In the Honeymoon cabin and Honeymoon Deluxe absolutely no pets are allowed. Sorry!!! In Johnson Branch, Honeymoon Hideaway, and the Alpine Cabin only 1 dog under 25 pounds will be allowed for an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee. NO CATS or any other animals will be accepted.

WINTER MONTHS: Please be aware that the weather conditions can change drastically in the mountains. It will be your responsibility to get in and out of the property in case of snow or bad weather.

MOTORCYCLES: In order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our cabins motorcycles are not permitted on the main grounds. However, motorcycles are permitted at the Alpine Cabin which is located apart from our other cabins right in the heart of downtown Maggie Valley.

CAMPERS, RVS, TRAILERS, and other OVERSIZED VEHICLES: Navigation with very large vehicles can be quite difficult on mountain roads. With the exception of the Alpine Cabin it is not recommended that you attempt to bring these vehicles up to our cabins. Please notify the owner if you plan on bringing any such vehicles before making your reservation.

SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the cabins. You are welcome to smoke outside on the porch. An ashtray is provided.

CANCELLATION: If a cancellation is made six (6) weeks before your check-in date, your security deposit and weekly rental fee (if applicable) will be refunded minus $25 for administration fees. If a cancellation is made less than six (6) weeks before your scheduled arrival date NO refunds at all will be made. This includes your rental fee which will NOT be refunded.

However, if we can rent the week again we will return the weekly rental fee minus the security deposit and any other fees that have been incurred in order to rent the week again. Ex: credit card fees, postage, administration fee, etc.
